According to the consumer protection codex (“Notification according to part III, title III of the consumer protection codex legislative decree 206/2005”) there is no right to withdrawal. Nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
In the case of a cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
For cancellation until 15 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total price
For a cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, 70% of the agreed total price
For no-shows 70% of the total price
For early departure or late arrival 70% of the total price per not spent night
We recommend our guests to take out travel insurance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE HOTEL CANCELLATION PLUS
What does this insurance include?
Cancellation protection: Cancellation fee reimbursement in the case of non-commencement of the trip (without excess)
Trip interruption: Refund of the booked, not used part of the arrangement
Late commencement of the booked stay: Refund of the necessary accommodation and subsistence costs during arrival up to 400.00€
Involuntary holiday extension: Refund of the additional accommodation and subsistence costs at the holiday destination up to 2,000.00€
Search and rescue costs: In the case of an accident, distress at sea or in the mountains (incl. helicopter rescue) up to 7,500.00€
The prices depend on demand and capacity utilization. Therefore, they can vary. The offers are valid for 3 days.

BOOKING AND DOWN PAYMENT
To guarantee the booking, 30% of the apartment price is charged on the indicated credit card. The remaining amount is charged on the day of departure and the bill is sent via e-mail.

Lüsner Alma: 2.50€
Lüsen Lusina: 2.00€
Brixen Milla: 2.40€
Villnöss Blauer Farmhouse: 2.00€
The tourist tax is per person and night and is not included in the apartment price. Children under 14 years are excluded from the tourist tax.
DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Domestic animals are allowed at the Lusina Apartments and Blauer Farmhouse.
For your four-legged friends (dog or cat) we charge an additional fee of 30.00€ per night without food.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL
You can check into your accommodation after 3 p.m., if the apartment is available and on agreement also earlier

Luisna Apartments: Check-in at the hotel, independent arrival at the apartment house.
Alma Apartments: Check-in at the hotel, accompanied arrival at the apartment house.
Milla Apartments: 24h self-check-in, you will get all information before your arrival.
Blauer Farmhouse: 24h self-check-in, you will get all information before your arrival.
CHECK-OUT AND DEPARTURE
The (remaining) amount for the stay is charged to your credit card on the day of departure. On request, you can also pay on-site.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 11 a.m. You can leave the keys at the apartment.
LAUNDRY AND CLEANING SERVICE
LAUNDRY
At the Milla Apartments, a washing machine and a dryer can be used for free on request. At the Blauer Farmhouse, there is a washing machine. At the Lusina and Alma Apartments, you can use the laundry service of the hotel for a fee.
CLEANING
In the case of a booking with an overnight stay only, it is possible to add apartment cleaning for a fee. For a booking of at least 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning with linen change is included.
For a stay of less than 3 nights, the final cleaning is charged.
